Pursuant to Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation data), Dz.U.UE.L.2016.119.1 – GDPR, we hereby inform that:

Your personal data will be processed in order to perform the Company’s activities, in particular in the scope of performing activities in the field of product production, handling investment processes, performance of contracts. Personal data is processed in cases where the law imposes an obligation to process such personal data or when such processing is necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract to which you are a party and on the basis of consent;
categories of personal data include, among others: name and surname, contact details, e-mail addresses, identification numbers;
the recipient of your personal data may be entities processing data on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement and cooperating entities as well as entities obliged to do so under the law;
Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization;
Your personal data will be stored for the purpose of business service of Company’s current operations or until you withdraw your consent to data processing;
you have the right to request access to personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing and the right to object to processing, the right to transfer data, as well as the right to withdraw the consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
you have the right to fill a complaint with the supervisory body, which in Poland is the President of the Data Protection Office, whenever you consider that the processing of personal data violates the GDPR;
where providing personal data is voluntary, the consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to contact you personally;
decisions regarding your personal data will not be made in an automated manner, including profiling.
